Ingredients

  1. 2 cupleftover chicken, boned and cubed
  2. 8 ozRotini Noodles
  3. 1 packagesfrozen mixed vegs.
  4. 1/2 smallOnion, minced
  5. 1 stickcelery, minced
  6. 2 canCream of Chicken Soup
  7. 1soup can Milk
  8. 1/2 tspfresh ground Pepper & Salt each
  9. 1/2 tspPoultry seasoning
  10. 1 tbspParsley
  11. 1/4 tspground Red Pepper
  12. 1/2 cupParmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the macaroni, al dente.

    Meanwhile prep your chicken, onion, and celery.

  3. 3

    Drain pasta, set aside. Put all vegs in same pot that you used for pasta, add water, boil 7 mins. Drain, return to pot.

    Add all ingredients to pot except cheese. Mix well, turn into casserole dish. Top with parmesan cheese.

    Bake 350° for 45 min.
