Ingredients

6-8 cupschicken broth
2chicken breasts cubed
1/2green bell pepper diced
1/2med onion diced
5potatoes cubed
1 cupmixed veggies
1 cancream of celery
1 cancream of chicken
1-15 ozcan of diced tomatoes
Salt (probably won't need it)
Pepper (maybe 1 tsp)
1/4 cupparsley

Steps

Boil cubed chicken in 6 cups of chicken broth in large pot

Add bell pepper and onion to the chicken broth and cook for 5 mins

Add all remaining ingredients. Cook until the potatoes are done.

If the stew is too thick for your liking, add chicken broth to thin it out.
