My hubby hates onions && eats most everything plain. So,I made this. Everyone loved it.. even our 3 year old. ☺ NOTE: I never measure anything. Just go with your gut. Like momma always said, "You can always add to when cooking,but you can never take away". (The only thing is, ONE EGG TO EVERY 1LB OF MEAT)

Ingredients

Hamburger meat
Eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Honey
Sea salt
Ground black pepper
Ketchup

Steps

45-1 hour

Preheat oven to 400°. Mix meat,honey,italian bread crumbs,onion powder,garlic powder,salt && pepper, && eggs in a bowl. Put meat mixture into a baking pan or dish and spread evenly. Layer the top with ketchup or whatever topping you want. Bake for about an hour. Serve && enjoy!
