Steps

put sheet of rib in a large pot of water to boil of an hour

after the hour pour out the water and and fresh water

cut the head of cabbage on to. haved leaves and add them to the rib

add bay leaves and leave for another hour
- 5
cook peas in small pot according to directions on box (keep in mind most mushy peas need to be steeped the night before)

steam potatoes for hour till fluffy
- 7
potatoes cooked mash and add cooking water from meat and cabbage with herbs
