Ingredients

1Whole Chicken
4 tbspMelted Butter (unsalted)
1 pinchSalt and Paper
1 pinchGarlic Powder

Preheat oven to 350

sprinkle inside the chicken cavity with salt pepper and garlic powder.

Melt butter and brush the skin of the chicken with it. Be sure to evenly coat the whole chicken.

Sprinkle chicken with salt pepper and garlic powder.

Bake chicken in roasting pan for 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours in center of oven. DO NOT open the oven untill atleast 2 hours. Opening the oven lowers the temprature of the oven and the reheating will dry out your chicken.
