Except oil, bread crumb and slurry mix all other ingredients nicely

Make round or oval shaped cutlets with equal portions from the veg dough

Keep them in fridge for 15 minutes

Heat oil in a kadai

Dip each cutlet in slurry
- 6
Coat nicely with bread crumb
- 7
Deep fry in hot oil in medium flame till brown in colour
- 8
Serve with any chutney or sauce
