preheat oven to 300

spray pan with non stick spray

slice butter thin & lay slices on bottom of pan over nonstick spray

mix brownie mix, water, oil, egg, & chips in a bowl. stir untill fully mixed well.

pore mix over pan

bake on 300 for about 40 minutes. then turn heat up to 325 for about 15 minutes, then turn heat up to 350 & bake for another 15 minutes.

take out of oven, cover & let cool with cover on untill completely cooled off.
