1/2Beet root
2Carrot
1Onion
1Potato
2 tspCream
1 small pieceGinger
2 tspOil
to tasteSalt
pinchBlack pepper powder
To tasteBlack salt
1Tej patta

Steps

Pan me oil garam karke usme teg patta, onion,ginger dalkar 2 minute pakye

Add carrot, potato,beet root dalkar 2 minute pakye

Add tomatoe and salt and 1 glass water and cook 5 min
4

Thanda karein aur mixy me grind karein

Pan me dalkar 2 minute pakye

And add the cream, black pepper, salt to taste

Soup is ready to serve
