Cooking Instructions

Dry roast coriander seeds, masala phool, pepper, javitri, shahi jeera,jeera, cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, til,& khuskhus till nice fragrance.remove.

Roast coconut & Onion's till light brown.

Grind above onions, &dry roasted masala along with ginger, garlic & coriander leaves to a smooth paste.

Heat oil, add 1 staranise &paste till oil separates.

Clean, wash and keep chicken aside.In 1tbsp oil stir chicken for f5 min.to keep it's juices intact.

In masala add turmeric, chilli powder,salt,& chicken &keep stirring for 5 min.add tomatoes, cover and cook for 5 min on medium flame.

After 5 min add water according to your gravy,and cook till it's done.sprinkle coriander leaves &serve.
