Mix 2 tablespoons sweet chilli with juice from half a lime in a bowl

Paste the marinade onto the salmon leave for 20 mins if you have time

Put the salmon in middle of a square of tinfoil and paste some more marinade on top. Wrap it up like a parcel and put in oven (180c) for 14mins

Meanwhile, wash potatoes and chop them in half leaving skins on. Pop them in microwaveable bowl with half a lemon and cover with cling film -put in microwave for 10 min

Once potatoes are done, take out microwave and remove cling film being careful of the steam and then remove the lemon and mash with the feta coriander and chilli.

Take the salmon out of the oven and put into a plate with fresh spinach and the mashed sweet potato - tea done in about 20 minutes!
