1 smallcocktail sauce
2 canmini shrimp

microwave cream cheese for 30 or until you can easily spread in container your putting dip in

after cream cheese spread evenly on bottom, add small jar cocktail sauce and spread that over the top.

drain mini shrimp and add that to the top layer of your dip.

goes good with ritz crackers.
