BBQ PIZZA with zucchini and Grana padano

warm up the milk (not too much more or less 35 degrees

melt the yeast in the milk. Once done, add sparking water

while you are waiting that milk becomes hot, mix 2 kind of flour an add a pinch of salt.

add yeast melted in the milk and a spoon of olive oil into the flour and mix till that mixture is done. It must be smooth and soft. leaves it in a bowl with a cloth on top. in 1 hour and a half it will be doubled

meanwhile you are waiting the mixture will be leavend, cut the zucchini in round shape and put them with salt, just to have less water in them. it take 1 hour

prepare tomato sauce with spoon of olive oil and oregano (half of the total) and cut the fresh tomatoes Pachino in 4 pieces

put 2 spoons of olive oil on a large pot fine for oven, stir olive oil and dough

on top of the dough put tomato sauce and stir it

squeeze the zucchini and put them on the top with fresh tomatoes pre-cutted with 2 spoon of olive oil.

put mozzarella and Grana Padano on top of everything with other oregano

put it a traditional oven at 200°C, for 30/35 minutes
