Ingredients

4 servings
  • this is a fat free baked chicken. it is baked with the spices and is covered so it baked in its own juices.
  • 3 cloveof chopped garlic
  • 1pepper and salt a couple of dashes of each
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 2 dashcoriander spice seasoning
  • 2 dashpaprika
  • 1/4 cupchopped parsly
  • 4 largechicken breast (skinnless)

Steps

  1. 1

    line pan with aluminum foil

  2. 2

    put all seasoning in a blender or chopper and grind it together

  3. 3

    coat each chicken and put in pan

  4. 4

    cover pan with aluminum foil and cook for 40 minutes on 350°F Fahrenheit

  5. 5

    then take aluminum foil off the top of pan and cook an additional 10 minutes to brown the chicken a little
