Cooking Instructions

Boil the chicken and set aside

Peal and clean the potatoes thoroughly. Boil them till they are a little hard

Chop the onion and tomatoes and the coriander.

Fry onions in a pan and stir. Add the chicken and stir again

Add the tomatoes and stir. Cover.
- 6
Add the boiled potatoes and stir carefully
- 7
Add the coriander and add a cup of water and salt
- 8
Simmer on medium fire.
- 9
Serve and garnish with coriander leaves.
