1st rub the paneer for 10-15 minutes.

Add flour and again rub it well.

Make it smooth.

Now make balls with mixture and set aside.

Take 4cup of water in pan and add jaggery and sugar. Let boil for some time until it convert in to liquid.

Add paneer balls in to it and elachi. let it cook for another 7 minutes.

Your jaggery Rosgulla is ready. Can be served hot or cold.
