  1. 1 litrebuffalo milk
  2. Sugar as per taste
  3. 3/4 Alphonso mango pulp
  4. Cardamon powder
  5. Cashews, pista & badam
  6. Vanilla ice cream

    Boil milk &cool.

    In a blender add milk, sugar,pulp &ice, blend till frothy.

  3. 3

    Pour in tall glass, sprinkle cardamon powder,dry fruits, ice cream & mango pieces, & enjoy
