Lemon parmesan chicken piccata

Cooking Instructions

Mix salt, pepper, 2 tbs flour, and 2 tbs parmesan. Coat chicken in mixture

Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and cook until done, then set aside.

Add oil and garlic to same skillet, stir, add chicken broth and milk or heavy cream. Reduce heat to low, bring to a gentle simmer.

Add salt, pepper, parmesan, and capers, continue cooking 2 minutes, then add cornstarch/water mixture and lemon juice, cook another minute.

Add chicken to sauce, simmer 2 minutes
- 6
Serve over pasta. Garnish with parmesan, capers, parsley, lemon slices
