Steps

Mix the refried Beans and Salsa together and spread on to the bottom of a dish. (Pie, quiche or whatever takes your fancy)

Mash Avocado with Taco seasoning until well blended - carefully create a layer onto the bean/salsa mix

Create a layer of sour cream onto the Avocado layer

Dice tomato & capsicum and sprinkle over sour cream
- 5
Chop Eshallots and sprinkle over tomatoes and capsicum
- 6
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of tomatoes/cheese/eshallots
- 7
Roughly chop the handful of coriander & sprinkle over cheese
- 8
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour
- 9
Serve with corn chips
