Mix the dry ingredients together in a big bowl.

Mix the liquid ingredients together in another bowl.

Add the liquid ingredients to to dry ingredients and stir together until an even mixture is formed.

Use a non stick frying to make the pancakes that way no additional oil is required. If you don't have it use a regular pan and add a teaspoon of canola oil.

Use a ladle of your preferred size to put the pancake mixture in the pan.

When to turn over? Once a lot of holes appear on the pancake, turn it over and give it between 30-60 seconds before taking it out.
