  2. 12 ozplain flour
  3. 6 ozcocoa
  4. 2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 lbmargarine
  6. 2 lbsugar
  7. 8eggs
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. Frosting
  10. 4 ozmargarine
  11. 3 tbspcocoa
  12. 1 lbicing sugar
  13. 1 dashmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan)

    Cream main margarine and sugar, and add vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Add eggs, then dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Grease 7x11in tins and pour in the mixture

    Put in oven and bake for 25-30 mins

  6. 6

    Melt frosting margarine and boil for 2 mins

  7. 7

    Combine quickly with icing sugar and cocoa

  8. 8

    Add milk, mixing until soft enough to spread easily

  9. 9

    Wait for cakes to cool before spreading the frosting, then cut into fingers
