1/2 tspsalt
1 tspbakin powder
2eggs
1 tspvanilla
1 cupsugar
1/3oil
strusle topping
1/2 cupbrown sugar
3 tbspflour
2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 350

mix dry ingredients in a big bowl

mash wet ingredients together...use the last drops of oil to drain on pan

mix the wet into the dry ingredients

pour in ur greased bread pan

put all ingredients for topping in a bowl use two knifes and blend into pea shapes

then top with strusel topping and bake for about 40min...Toothpick comes out clean
