Slice green onions.

Mince garlic

Combine sesame seed oil, soya sauce, sugar, onions and garlic in a large tupperware

Put sliced beef into marinade, making sure it's all covered

Place in fridge for 4-6 hours (turning/mixing half way though)

Slice carrots horizontally and thin, put in water and boil for 15 minutes

Take out meat and fry, making sure beef stays moist.

Add carrots and top with sesame seeds

Serve over rice
