Ingredients

Dry Mix
2 cupwheat germ
12 cuprolled oats (12-16 cups)
2 cupshredded coconut
2 cupnuts and seeds (any kind)
1 tbspsalt
Oil mix
1 1/2 cupsafflower oil
2/3 cupwater
1 1/2 cuphoney
2 tbspvanilla

Steps

In large bowl, mix dry ingredients; set aside.

Combine, and beat, oil mix ingredients.

Pour oil mix over dry mix and combine until thoroughly coated.

Spread granola 1/2" thick on cookie sheets.

Heat at 250°F. for 60-90 min.; turn thoroughly after 30 min., then every 15 min. until golden brown.

Remove from cookie sheet for cooling.
