This is a great recipe. My family live the carrots. Toss :chef

Blanch the carrots in hot water for about 8 minutes. Don't over cook.

Melt the 3 tbsp butter in a skillet with the brown sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved completely.

Drain the water off the carrots.

Add the brown mixture and salt, pepper and parsley to the carrots. Toss together to coat all over.
