Preheat the oven to 180 C & grease a 26cm bundt tin .

Cream the butter & sugar untilthe butter is pale

Add the eggs one at a tym, beating to incorporate.

Add the grated apples, lemon zest& cider, & mix well.

Sift the dry ingredients, including 1t of the cinnamon, & fold into the butter mixture.

Spoon into the bundt tin & bake for 45 mins

Turn into a wire rack to cool.

Combine the remaining cinnamon & the cream, whipping it until firm peaks form .

Serve slices of the cake with follows of the cinnamon cream
