Ingredients

  1. 50 gramscastor sugar
  2. 100 gramsplain flour
  3. 50 gramsunsalted butter
  4. 2ripe bananas, peeled

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 190°C.

  2. 2

    Sieve flour into a mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Rub butter in until resembles bread crumbs.

  4. 4

    Mix in sugar. Set aside.

  5. 5

    Mash bananas in a ovenproof dish.

  6. 6

    Pour flour-butter mixture over the mashed bananas. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
