50 gramscastor sugar
100 gramsplain flour
50 gramsunsalted butter
2ripe bananas, peeled

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Sieve flour into a mixing bowl.

Rub butter in until resembles bread crumbs.

Mix in sugar. Set aside.

Mash bananas in a ovenproof dish.
6

Pour flour-butter mixture over the mashed bananas. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
