Ingredients: 1 kg beef stew; 1 beef stock cube; 1 green pepper; 1 red pepper; 1 onion; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 1 tsp bbq spice; 1 tsp steak n chop spice; 1 tsp chicken spice; 1 TBS garlic and ginger paste; 3 TBS brown onion; 1 TBS flour; NB all of the spices are Robertson's

This is my take of this stew I taste it once I was at the wedding and it was delicious and then I wanted to ask the chef she was so busy but due to that I'm good with taste I did this stew my way.

1 kgbeef stew
1beef stock cube
1green pepper
1red pepper
1onion
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspbbq spice
1 tspsteak n chop spice
1 tspchicken spice
1 TBSgarlic and ginger paste
3 TBSbrown onion
1 TBSflour
NB all of the spices are Robertson's

Clean and boil the beef for an hour.

Chop onion, garlic and ginger and peppers then add it to the beef.

Stir, then season the meat let it cook and let it simmer for a while.

Then prepare the soup thickener by pouring the soup and flour direct to the meat and little bit then simmer and your meat is ready.

My family enjoy this beef peppers stew serve with dombolo/ dumpling
