Jaggery and Wheat pancakes
Steps

Melt jaggery in 2 cups of water.

Once jaggery melts, add flour, poppy seeds, cardomon powder, salt and give a mix.

Add more water to make pancake batter. Consistency should be of little thick but flowing one.

Give rest for 15 mins

Heat a pan, and pour batter on pan to make pancake, don't spread with spoon, let it take it's own shape.

Once one side is cooked, flip to other side, and let it cook.

Same way make all your pancakes.

Drizzle some honey on top of pancakes.

Serve hot!!
