Ingredients

  1. 2 largeonions
  2. 2pablano peppers
  3. 2 tbspminc3d garlic
  4. 3mutton peppers (Honduras)
  5. 1 tbsplemon juice
  6. 3tomatoes
  7. 1/4 cupcoconut vinegar
  8. 1/4 cupapple cider vinegar
  9. 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    wash all produce dice medium onions, tomatoes, pablano peppers put into a 4 quart bowl

  2. 2

    add liquid ingredients and garlic add salt stir all together and cover put into refrigerator keeps about a week
