Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2ripe frozen bananas
  2. 40 groasted, shelled pistachios
  3. Pistachios and maple syrup to garnish if desired

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the bananas, freeze for at least 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Add the pistachios to a food processor and process until well broken down, but not a fine powder.

  3. 3

    Add the frozen bananas the processor and blend until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of your food processor several times before the bananas are broken down properly.

  4. 4

    Serve topped with crushed pistachios and a drizzle of maple syrup.
