Super easy to make and delicious. I substituted soy sauce for teriyaki sauce last minute because I ran out of soy sauce. tasted great!

Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 2leftover chicken breasts
  3. 2 cuprice (leftovers are okay)
  4. 3green onions (tops and bottoms)
  5. 1/2 cupbroccoli
  6. 1/4 cupsliced carrots, cooked until tender
  7. 1soy sauce
  8. 1oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put 1 tablespoon oil in hot wok or frying panel and scramble eggs. Put aside.

  2. 2

    Put 1-2 tablespoons of oil in wok and fry rice until rice is soft (approximately 10 minutes). Stir frequently.

    Add soy sauce until rice is brown. Taste so you don't add too much soy sauce!

  4. 4

    Add eggs, chicken, onions, and other vegetables (peppers are a good option)

  5. 5

    Cook until warm, stirring frequently.
