Ingredients

  1. 4 spoonpure ghee
  2. 1/2 spoonfennel seeds
  3. 3small cardamom
  4. 1 cupsoaked rice
  5. 2 cupwater
  6. 250 gmsjaggery

Steps

  1. 1

    Sock the rice fir 1 hour and wash.

  2. 2

    Into the cooking pan.

  3. 3

    Add 4 spoon pure ghee.

  4. 4

    Heat the ghee.

  5. 5

    Add cardamoms and fennel seeds.

  6. 6

    Let them creaker.

  7. 7

    Add 2 cups of water

  8. 8

    Give it a boil

  9. 9

    Add 1 cup socked rice

  10. 10

    Slow the gas frame.

  11. 11

    Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.

  12. 12

    All the water get absorbed

  13. 13

    Add 250 gms of mashed jaggery into the cooked rice.

  14. 14

    Mix all well together.

  15. 15

    Cover the lid for 5 more minutes.

  16. 16

    And serve hot
