Heat the oil in a pan. (oven at 2/3)

Once heated, place and saute the onions.

Place the lemon juice, 1/2 cup of white wine and the spices: salt, black pepper, dill, parsley and celery.

If needed, pour 1/2 cup of water to help with the boiling process.

Boil for 20'.

Place the mushrooms and keep boiling. Again if needed pour 1/2 cup of water to help boiling.

Boil for another 15'.

Serve.
