Take a kadhai add ghee once the ghee melted and slightly warm we add whole wheat flour. Roast this flour turned slightly golden brown or giving very nice aroma once it's done slightly cool it then add gretted jaggery, nutmeg powder, and cardamom powder give it a good mix.Now take a tin greej it and pour the mixture and greej your palms and press it and set it properly garnish chopped dry fruits cut it and leave it cool down after cool this papdi demold and Enjoy!
