Ingredients

  • 500 gmsweet potato
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • 1 tbsp pure ghee
  • 2 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup water

    First take a pan boil water

    Add jaggery

    Take another pan heat ghee

  5. 5

    Add Cardamom powder

  6. 6

    Add sweet potato boiled and mashed

    Saute till brown

    Add 1 cup milk

  9. 9

    Mix well

  10. 10

    Now add jaggery syrup

    Garnish with pista
