Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsweet potato
  2. 1 cupjaggery
  3. 1 tbsp pure ghee
  4. 2 tspCardamom powder
  5. 1/2 cup water

    First take a pan boil water

    Add jaggery

    Take another pan heat ghee

    Add Cardamom powder

  6. 6

    Add sweet potato boiled and mashed

    Saute till brown

    Add 1 cup milk

  9. 9

    Mix well

  10. 10

    Now add jaggery syrup

    Saute it till thick

    Garnish with pista

    Serve hot
