Bring full fat milk to a boil.

When milk is boil Add lemon juice diluted with water to the milk. Stir well. When you see the milk begins to curdle, Make sure it is curdled well. Allow to settle just for a minute.

Take a muslin cloth and place on a bowl. Drain off the curdle milk on it If you have used lemon juice, Rinse the curdle extrect under running water.

Squeeze off the excess water from it. Make a knot of the cloth, hang it for sometime to drain up excess dripping whey.

Take this on the plate and mash or rub with the hands for 5-6 minutes.

Add the sugar and cardamom powder on it and mix well.

Take a non sticky pan and add the mixture on it. Cook it for 5-6 minutes on low medium flame.

When it cools down. knead lightly. Now roll them to balls.

Garnish with the pistachio,Almonds,and saffron.

Refrigerate for few time and serve.
