  1. 85 mlDouble cream
  2. 1 tspMustard
  3. 1Beef oxo cube
  4. 1Splash of white wine
  5. 1Splash of hot water
  6. 1 tspCrushed black peppercorns

  1. 1

    Add cream to a small saucepan & heat gently. Crumble in oxo cube & stir.

  2. 2

    Add mustard & peppercorns to cream.

  3. 3

    Stir in the wine & water & season.

  4. 4

    Keep stirring until it is quite hot & serve. Enjoy!
