120 mlmilk
200 gramsplain flour
4 tbspsunflower oil
100 gramscaster sugar
2 tspbaking powder
3 tspground cinnamon
50 gramsdried cranberries
50 gramsdried apples

Preheat oven to 200C

In a bowl, beat together the egg, milk & sunflower oil

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder & cinnamon. Mix well

Add the cranberries & apples and mix

Fill muffin cases about 1/2-3/4 full

Sprinkle a little extra cranberry and apple on top of each muffin
7

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown
