Steps

Take a bowl add gur then add 1/2cup water mix it till gur melts completely.

Take a big bowl add all purpose flour, wheat flour mix it.

Add gur water to make a semi thick batter.

Add baking soda mix it well.

Take an appam pan Grease it with oil then put the batter.

Cook on both the sides on low flame for 5min.

Jaggery appam is ready to serve.
