heat a skillet, add oil to it

add onion when oil is hot, stire a little and add green chilli ( if you are adding tomato them add it just after onion turns pink, and continue to stire till next direction)

add turmeric powder when onion turns pinkish brown

add red chilli powder and/or garam masala and stire well

adjust the onion mix at the center of the pan, make a small well in the middle and start cracking eggs on the top of it.

adjust the heat to medium high

start stiring constantly, for preventing egg from uniting.

cook until almost dry, add salt and coriander.

serve hot, with bread toasts and tomato ketchup
