reserve 1 tbsp of chocolate morsels for garnish. place remaining chocolate morsels in bowl, microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1 minute, stir every ten seconds, until melted and smooth. do not overheat. spread chocolate over bottom and 1 inch up pie crust.

set aside one cup of the whipped topping. whisk cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. gradually mix in milk until well blended. add pudding mix all at once and cinnamon; whisk until smooth (mixture will be very thick). fold in remaining whipped topping. spoon filling into crust, spreading evenly.

carefully spread whipped topping (what you set aside) over pie. sprinkle reserved morsels and additional cinnamon on top. refrigerate at lease 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
