  3. 1 lbBacon, fully cooked and crumbled
  4. Dairy
  5. 2 cupmilk
  6. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  7. 4green onions, minced
  8. 9Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
  9. Vegetables
  10. 1 canStrained diced / crushed tomato
  11. 1 can(4 ounce)diced green chilis, drained
  12. 1 can(15.5 ounces) navy beans strained
  13. Other
  14. 1 can(10.75 ounces)condensed cream of cheddar soup
  15. 1 can(10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup

  1. 1

    The night before serving, combine the sausage, bacon, eggs, cream of chicken and cheddar should, milk, navy beans, green onions, chiles and cheddar cheese in a large slow cooker. Mix well and season to taste (I've found that absolutely no salt should be added). Set slow cooker to low heat and cook overnight; the chili will be ready to serve when you wake. Serve with crackers, over hash browns or breakfast rolls. ***1-2 hours total prep time and 6-8 hours total cook time***
