2 smallcans of enchilada sauce
3tortillas
1 canrefried beans
1/2 cupsour cream
3roasted chicken breasts
1/2 cupshredded cheese
1/2 cupsalsa

Steps

heat oven to 400

prebake or roast chicken with seasonings of your choice

pour enchilada sauce in pan

dip tortillas in sauce to soften
5

dice or shred roasted chicken

put refried beans on one side of tortillas

add chicken and sprinkle with cheese
8

add salsa
9

roll up and place seam side down

blend remaining enchilada sauce with sour cream

pour over enchiladas
12

top with remaining cheese

cover and bake 20 min,

uncover and bake or broil until cheese is bubbly and brown
