Brown ground meat. Drain well.

Juice all veggies, always start with leafy vegetables (basil). *You can add a carrot or a handful of spinach to up nutrition. It will taste strong until it cooks. Don't worry.

In a large pot add veggie sauce, add drained ground meat, sugar or substitute and Worsheshire. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 30 mins at least.

Bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta. Cook until firm yet tender.

Serve sauce over pasta. Can top with a small amount of parmesan cheese. I also make garlic bread with French bread a spray of olive oil Pam and garlic salt. *** This meal is so much like normal food it makes me forget I have gastroparesis. This meal is not intended to be eaten during a flare! If you know ingredients such as cooked garlic and onion juice bother you, don't try! Everyone if different. I have spent a long time through trail and error to find what works for me.
