  2. Cooking oil

  1. 1

    Pill all potatoes and slice them into fries shape

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a dish fryer

  3. 3

    When hot enough dip in the potatoes and let them cook till required time

  4. 4

    Switch off the dish fryer and drain oil from the fries

  5. 5

    When done remove and serve while hot
