1large onion
2large tomatoes
Cooking oil

Whisk all eggs in a bowl

Heating cooking oil in a frying pan

Add chopped onions stir till golden brown
4

Add chopped tomatoes then stir making sure they are all smashed
5

Add salt to the eggs and whisk
6

Add the eggs to frying pan and cook slowly till all eggs become farm and ready to eat
7

When done turn off heat the serve while hot
