Cook onion & carrots in oil until partially cooked.

Add broth, Sriracha, ginger, chicken, basil, spinach & mushrooms and simmer for about 10-minutes.

Add wontons and bring to a boil until wontons are cooked.

Remove from heat and add sesame oil & soy. Adjust taste with a little moe Sriracha or add a little rice vinager to mellow it out.

Spoon into bowls and garnish with green onions & dry noodles.

I would give credit due, but I threw this together myself and it was pretty good.

Note: You can also make this a fish soup. when cooking the noodles I slide in some pond (bass, croppy, etc.) fish. Cook until tender.
