Cook bacon and set aside for b.l.ts or another meal of your choice

Discard half of the bacon grease or put in a mason jar for other recipes

Add onion and okra, salt, and pepper to the remainding grease and cover on medium heat stiring every 2 min or so

Cook until u start to have a slight burn to the ends of the okra, let stand for a few minutes then serve
